Internal file sharing
Share is how Ideative hands over PDFs and other large files. You sign in, upload, and copy a link. Anyone with the link can download the file. They do not need an account.
Use your Ideative account. Every signed-in employee can upload and see the full list.
PDFs, decks, images, archives, and other common files. The limit is 500 MB. Webflow stops at 10 MB.
The address is unguessable. The recipient downloads the file with no account. You can see how many times it was downloaded, set an expiry, or revoke it.
